a. Situation
You have Fone1718 account that is registered at your homephone, and when moving to another area in Vietnam, you need to use Fone1718.
b. Instruction
- Log in to your account on the website http://fone1718.vn, select “Add/Remove Number” to add your new phone number; or
- Call 1800.1262 to get support

2. Is it possible to use Fone1718 when moving to other areas in Vietnam?
a. Situation
You have Fone1718 account that is registered at your homephone, now you go on a business in other areas in Vietnam.
b. Instruction
You can use any landline phone in your current location and dial 1718 -> you will be asked to enter password/secret code.
Then, please enter: the phone number registered Fone1718 (including area code) + PIN (it is secret code of the first used Fone1718 card).
-> Then dial called overseas number (using the feature of creating personal PIN). You can use this personal PIN as a calling card when necessary
Geographical distance is meaningless to Fone1718.

Are there monthly invoices issued when using Fone1718 service?
b. Answer
Fone1718 service is not involved in monthly telephone invoices. There are no Fone1718 invoices sent to you.

4. Is it possible for Viettel/SPT subscribers to use Fone1718?
a. Question
Is it possible for non-VNPT subscribers to use Fone1718? Then, are telephone invoices from other carriers attached Fone1718 invoice?

Currently, it is impossible for non-VNPT subscribers to use Fone1718.

5. The expiration of Fone1718 account
a. Situation
Customers stop using Fone1718 for a long time, now they want to re-use their previous Fone1718 account.
b. Instructions
You are entitled to maitain your Fone1718 account during a period of using the service, even if you move to live in any areas in Vietnam.
However, if you don’t use your Fone1718 account in a required period of time, it will be withdrawn
