To register Fone 1718 account

Option 1: Directly register on the phone

From VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported),Vinaphone or Mobifone, press:

1718*[secret code]

then press Call/Yes/OK
Example:
     • The secret code is 123456789
     • Press: 1718*123456789, then press Call/Yes/OK

     • Then, you will hear the operator inform:
     • “ Congratulation, your account is A, pasword is secret code. There is X VND in your account and the expiry date is Y.”
     ⇒ You have successfully registered Fone1718.

(*) With this registration:
     • Your Fone1718 account is your phone number.
     • Password is secret code of the first used Fone1718 card.

Option 2: Call 1800.1264 (free)
     • From VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported), Vinaphone or Mobifone, dial 1800.1264
     • Choose language (press button 1: Vietnamese, press button 2: English)
     • Press button 1 to top up (to register as well).
     • Enter password: (password is secret code of Fone1718 card)

     • Then, you will hear the operator to inform:
     • “You have successfully topped up. Your current credit balance is A. The expiry date is Y. Thank you for using Fone1718 service.”
     ⇒ You have successfully registered Fone1718.

(*) With this registration :,
     • Fone1718 account is your phone number just calling 1800.1264, including area code if it is landline phone
     • Password is secret code of the first used Fone1718 card.

Option 3: Send SMS

From VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported), Vinaphone or Mobifone, compose SMS:

DK1718*[secret code]

then send to 8088 or send to 7095
Example:
     • Compose a SMS: DK1718 123456789 , then send to 8088
     • When you receive a message :
     • “Quy khach dang ky thanh cong dich vu Fone1718 san pham cua VNPT. Goi 18001001 mien phi. Truy cap Fone1718.vn ”
     ⇒ You are ready to use the service.

(*) With this registration:
     • Your Fone1718 Account is your phone number just sending SMS, including area code if it is landline phone.
     • Password is the secret code of the first used Fone1718 card.

Option 4: Using Vinaphone card

From VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported), Vinaphone or Mobifone, compose SMS:

NAP VNP [N.Seri] [secret code] then send to 8088 or 7095

     • If you have not registered Fone1718, your Fone1718 account will be automatically activated after you have successfully topped up via SMS

(*) With this registration:
     • Your Fone1718 Account is your phone number just sending SMS, including area code if it is landline phone.
     • Password is the secret code of Vinaphone card.

Option 5: Using Mobifone card

From VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported), Vinaphone or Mobifone, compose SMS:

NAP VMS [N.Seri] [secret code] then send to 8088 or 7095

     • If you have not registered Fone1718, your Fone1718 account will be automatically activated after you have successfully topped up via SMS

(*) With this registration:
     • Your Fone1718 Account is your phone number just sending SMS, including area code if it is landline phone.
     • Password is the secret code of MobiFone card.

Option 6: Call 1800.1001 (free)
     • Dial: 1800.1001 (free)
     • The operator shall support you to register Fone1718 service

(*) Note:
     • VNPT landline phones (Gphone not supported), Vinaphone or Mobifone can register Fone1718 service only.

     • Customers using “hide phone number” service shall not be allowed to register Fone1718 service.
